SV TKT 100 AND 200 COURSE CONDUCTED IN MANILA

| Saudi Arabian Airlines held a two-week training for Reservations and Ticketing staff conducted by Ms. Helen Arnell, Senior Marketing Trainer - LON, Saudi Arabian Airlines. TKT100 and TKT200 courses were conducted in preparation for the upcoming cut-over from STARS System to AMADEUS. The first course started on the 15th of September 2009 and ended on the 19th, mostly participated by Reservations Agents. On the other hand, the advance course - TKT200 were participated by Ticketing Agents. |
| Participants for TKT100 course were Causar Sultan, Lourdes Cardente, Klaire Diones, Emerald Distor, Mark De Torres, Kath Villanueva, Valerie Villalon – Reservations Department; Melody Ocampo and Carmi Inquimboy – City Ticket Office; Christine Guinoo – Airport Ticket Office; Kristine Barongan – SV Sales Department; Jonna Tan – TWASP CEBU Office; and Ms. Joy Biadoma – SV Finance Department. Basic Reservations and Fare Calculation were discussed and at the same time, illustrated. |

TKT200 CLASS STRIKING THEIR POSE DURING BREAK TIME

TKT200 (same course that was conducted in Kuala Lumpur and attended by Ms. Corit Ramirez) was participated by Ayn Teng, Ana David, Paula Castro, Carmi Inquimboy, Nancy Sy, Tonet Sol Cruz, Frechie Otivar, Chermagne Cabelin, Jessa Mendoza, Camille Catubay – City Ticket Office; Causar Sultan - Reservations Department; Raissa Abrantes - Airport Ticket Office; and Ms. Joy Biadoma – SV Finance Department. Reservations and advanced fare calculation were demonstrated. |
| The course was scheduled from September 21-26, 2009. However most of the participants were not able to attend the last day of the course because of the situation in the Metro caused by typhoon Ondoy. Lucky enough, all the major topics were already discussed. |
| A week after the training, installation of PC Based system in CTO, Reservations, Finance and Country Manager’s Office took place. . |
