SV Manila Bids Farewell to Saudi Ambassador Mohammed Wali

| Last 14 November 2009, Mr. Abdullah I. Alazhari (Country Manager – Phils., Mainland China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan) took the final opportunity to say farewell to His Excellency Mohammed Ameen Wali as he ends his term as the KSA Ambassador to the Philippines. |
| A few hours before Ambassador Wali’s departure on-board flight SV 869 bound to Jeddah, Mr. Abdullah Alazhari, together with Station Manager Ibrahim Albatli cordially accompanied His Excellency while waiting at the dignitary lounge of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Other Saudi Embassy key officials also took time to escort the Ambassador namely, Mr. Fahad Almsaibeeh, Employment Attaché – Saudi Recruitment Office (SRO) and Mr. Khalid Alkahtani, Head of Consular section. |
| Recognizing the valuable relationship and the integral role the Saudi Embassy has played in recent years that contributed to the success of Saudi Arabian Airlines Manila, Mr. Alazhari paved way for a short ceremony to express his utmost gratitude while wishing a safe flight for His Excellency Mohammed Wali. Afterwards, he offered a crystal memorabilia cup to the Ambassador as a special token of appreciation from Saudia. As the Saudi Ambassador went on to board his flight, Deputy Chief of Protocol Porfirio Mayo Jr. from the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) gave his heartfelt thanks to the departing diplomat in behalf of the Philippine Government. |
| Mohammed Ameen Wali served as Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to the Philippines for five years since 12 May 2004. With the coming of a new Ambassador in Manila, Mr. Abdullah I. Alazhari is looking forward to continue an excellent and stable relationship with the Saudi Embassy as one of the airline’s important partners in progress. |
